Description of the accommodation
This detached house is an old restored mill on the edge of the village and the Virlange stream. In a calm and pleasant environment, you will enjoy the terrace (50 m²) and the land surrounded by walls but not closed (150 m²).
Near Saugues (8.5 km): all outdoor activities (swimming in an ecological body of water, mountain biking, fishing, hiking), Gévaudan beast museum, English tour, weekly market, all shops and services, festivals and festival in summer. Ground floor (recently extended and made accessible to people with reduced mobility): large living room-kitchen with lounge area (flat screen TV, wood stove), bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, 1 bedroom ( 1 bed 140), laundry room with a freezer and an additional refrigerator.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 bunk beds), shower room, wc.
Services included in the rental price:
- Baby equipment on request: cot, high chair.
- Wood for the stove provided free of charge.
Additional services to be subscribed when making a reservation or on site with the owner:
- Cleaning fee: €50 (an equivalent deposit will be requested)
- Sheet rental: 8€
- Electric heating in supplement according to consumption.
A deposit of 250 € will be requested upon your arrival in the gîte.

- End of stay cleaning: 53.19€ per stay
