Description of the accommodation

ESPELETTE, C608: HOUSE T4 (5 adults + 2 children): In the heart of an authentic Basque village, single storey house. Large living room/dining room with fireplace, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 90 cm bed and 2 children's beds, 1 bathroom and toilet, 1 veranda. Terrace with garden furniture. At the foot of the mountain, 30 minutes from the ocean, all shops nearby.
INTERNET ACCESS - ENCLOSED GARDEN - PETS ALLOWED
Bed linen and towels are not provided (paid service to be requested from the agency)
The rental must be returned clean (possibility of arranging a paid cleaning service)
An inventory of the accommodation is carried out at each departure (see art 1731 of the civil code).
The following customers all have 24 hours to report to us anything that they believe is not compliant, or anything that our services have forgotten to report.
If the tenants leave the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a pre-inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will allow us to check that everything is working and that there is no damage to report. In the case of a pre-inventory, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (check), after the tenants have actually left.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
- Bed linen/set for one bed/one week: €10.
- Bathroom linen/kit per person/one week: €5.
- House cleaning C516/C608: €77.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.

Maison idéalement situé à Espelette. Juste a cote de la halle du marché et a proximité de tous les commerces. La maison est dans son jus mais nous y avons passé un tres bon séjour. Malgres les fortes chaleur la maison reste fraiche. Je recommande.
