Gîte in a sheepfold-type house, 2.5 km from the village of Espelette, facing the mountains.
Ground floor: single living room with equipped kitchen area (fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, mini-oven), living room and lounge area. 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room/wc.
Upstairs (floors separated by a floor): single room with 1 double bed and 1 relaxation area (sofa).
Electric heating at an additional cost (€30/week). Sheets and towels can be rented. Household linen provided. Baby bed available.
Parking, carport, open courtyard. Unfenced sloping garden, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue.
Possibility of 1 to 2 additional people (€80/week supplement outside July/August).
The owners are Espelette pepper producers, they offer the possibility of showing their farm 500 m away.
Spa package at €266/week (except July/August).

The price includes: - gas for cooking (if the kitchen runs on this energy)
- water within the limit of reasonable consumption
- a package of 8 kwh/day of electricity (except stays with negotiated monthly rate)
