On a spacious airial shared with the owner, in the Landes forest, this cottage has been fitted out on the upper floor of the owner's house in a functional way. You will access it by going up an external staircase. Don't wait any longer, come and enjoy its peace and quiet, its covered terrace on the ground floor for barbecue parties in complete privacy.
The cottage is composed of 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds, baby bed), living room with sofa, armchairs and TV corner, fitted kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, electric cooker, oven). Shower room. . A separate toilet. You have a washing machine and a wifi connection.
Central oil heating. Dogs accepted in kennels, beyond one animal contact us. For fishing enthusiasts, you will find your happiness 1 km away in the river.

Private garden at the bottom of the rental not delimited, on the owner's shared garden, opposite the host's terrace which is very discreet.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
