Come and enjoy this completely renovated, bright, modern house with a large garden, close to the shops and services of a village of 1500 inhabitants.
Located about twenty kilometers from Orléans or Meung sur Loire, you can stay there for family holidays or for professional reasons.
It is an ideal starting point for strolling in Beauce, on the banks of the Loire, or for visiting the many castles and gardens as well as the zoo of Beauval. The single-storey gite (there are only a few steps to access the entrance) comprises a large living room with lounge and kitchen.
4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with 2 90x200 beds with duvet and one bedroom with a 160x200 bed), a bathroom, a shower room and 2 toilets.

A table is at your disposal for your meals on the terrace (with barbecue and blind) and a living room is installed in the garden for your aperitifs.
