Come and enjoy this cozy and comfortable cottage, set in an old farmhouse, about twenty kilometers from Orléans or Meung sur Loire! Set in an old farmhouse full of charm, between Beauce and the Loire Valley about twenty kilometers from Orléans or Meung-sur-Loire, this cottage, adjoining another house, is independent and close to all the services and shops of the village. Cozy and comfortable, on the edge of the fields, with a small garden and a courtyard, it has been recently renovated.

It consists on the ground floor: a dining room with open equipped kitchen and a lounge area, a separate bathroom (walk-in shower, sink, washing machine, dryer) and a separate toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms: Bedroom No. 1 with 1 bed 140x190, Bedroom No. 2 with 2 beds 90x200 + sofa bed, Bedroom No. 3 with 1 bed 90x190. A separate bathroom (bath, sink), separate toilet.
