"-Très bonne prestation en dehors du clic clac salon avec armature centrale gênante en mode lit. L'appartement est bien situé et bien équipé, matériel moderne, tout confort. Conforme à la description. ***Il est regrettable par contre d'avoir à subir les nuisances sonores d'un groupe de 4 ""pétasses"" et d'un petit ""con"" qui n'ont cessé de causer du bruit au retour de beuveries et boite de nuit. N'hésitant pas à hurler sur le balcon vers 4H00. Pour info : Appartement situé au n° 34, au dessus, côté droit. Il peut s'agir d'un enfant du propriétaire sous résrve. Fait signalé à l'agence AR. "
