In the extension of the owners' house, single-storey cottage with independent equipped kitchen, a large dining room-living room with sofa bed (width 120) for 2 people. 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140. 1 bathroom with toilet.
Terrace area with garden furniture and barbecue. Bed made on arrival.
Swimming pool (unheated) and shared with the owners and guests of the guest room. Pool size 4mX12m.
20 minutes from the zoo of La Flèche and 20 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit.
Cleaning package 50€ extra and optional.
