Semi-detached gîte of 90m², located on a busy avenue close to shops, 700 m from Terminus beach in Malo-les-Bains and 1.1 km from Leffrinckoucke beach. Entrance to a hall, WC. Equipped kitchen (4 induction hobs, refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishwasher, pod coffee maker).
Bright dining room with direct access to the wooden terrace. Living room with convertible sofa and 130cm TV, DVD player. Upstairs, three bedrooms: two overlooking the back of the house: a 140X200cm bed, a 160X200cm bed (hidden by manual roller shutters) and a bedroom at the front of the house with two 90X200cm beds. A small bathroom with corner cabin shower, towel dryer and WC. Finished basement with a laundry area (washing machine and dryer), possibility of parking the vehicle. Second covered terrace, on the ground floor. Enclosed and adjoining garden. Sheets and towels for rent, one pet accepted maximum (10€/day). A coastline of fine sand, along which stretch dunes, small fishing ports, sea walls and foreshores ideal for all sports.
