We welcome you to the Lamoune gîte, as a family, as a couple in a rural environment. A former nurseryman by trade, I wanted to keep a preserved and wooded environment around the gîte, so that each season, it is always in bloom. Come and tell me what you think!
Ideally located for your cures, 7 km from the Eugénie les Bains cure, outside the village, this independent gîte fitted out entirely on the ground floor awaits you. House with central corridor leading to: a living room with sofa and TV area, television, independent kitchen, microwave, gas stove with two gases and gas oven, fridge-freezer combination,
2 bedrooms (2 single beds, 1 single bed), bathroom with bathtub The cellar. houses the washing machine. You benefit from 1700 m² of planted land, garden furniture on the terrace and a barbecue. Oil heating, daily rate when used. Buildings on the site serving the owners, former nurserymen. Baby equipment on request: baby bed, bathtub, changing mat. The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
