A semi-enclosed green space is accessible at the front of the gîte. 4-bedroom gîte accommodating 4 to 6 people.
Ground floor: large living room with a fitted kitchen, dining area with a fireplace, shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 1 140 bed, the second with 2 90 beds, the third with 1 90 bed also, separate toilet and the fourth with 1 140 bed and adjoining shower room.
Closed garage (for 1 car). Electric heating (billed according to consumption) and/or wood (with fireplace). Mobile coverage: SFR and Orange. €60 cleaning package required for companies every 15 days.
