Ground floor: living room with open fitted kitchen, separate lounge and separate toilet, laundry room.
Upstairs: 3 attic bedrooms (1 and 2: 1 bed 90x190, 3: 2 twin beds 80x200), bathroom (bath + shower) and separate toilet.
Equipment included (on request): bed/chair/baby bath.
Included: sheets, household linen.
Not included: electric heating, electricity (according to current EDF rate; currently 0.25€/kw), towels.
End-of-stay cleaning fee (mandatory for professional customers).
Pets accepted (paying 5€/day/animal).

Building work opposite the cottage until the end of 2025 (entrance side, not garden side).
