You can enjoy an individual home of 80m2 with a beautiful high ceiling, all renovated with the charm and elegance of exposed stone. You will benefit from a beautiful living room with lounge, dining room and kitchen equipped and fitted with dishwasher and oven. A bathroom with washing machine and towel dryer. Upstairs a bedroom with a double bed 140cm for two people and a mezzanine with two single beds 80cm each that can be put together to form a bed 160cm, a blackout with curtains is possible for better comfort. All on a wooded garden, shared with the owners. A garden furniture is available, a beautiful space to enjoy the calm, the sun and the free-range chickens.

The best of the rental: Pretty building, in a quiet setting ideal for a vacation in a place full of charm. Close (15 mins) to the sea and all shops nearby. Cleaning included. Keys can be handed over and returned exclusively in La Rochelle (Minimes district).
