On the 1/2 level, toilet. Upstairs: three double bedrooms (140 x 190 cm bed). Beds will be made upon your arrival. Heating (electric and wood/pellets) is extra depending on consumption. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Nigloland at the exit of the village, champagne vineyards, Dienville lakes 15 minutes away, General de Gaulle Memorial 30 minutes away. The "Au Phil de Lô" gîte is located in the heart of the Côte des Bar, in Dolancourt, a village where you can have fun at the famous Nigloland amusement park. The cottage is located in a quiet lane, on enclosed grounds, on the banks of the Le Landion river (protected banks). It is the ideal place to recharge your batteries in a quality setting.
