The owners Claudine and Patrice will welcome you to this spacious gîte, located in the town of Docelles, halfway between Epinal and Gérardmer.
17 km away from Épinal: city of images, and 26 km away: Gérardmer, its lake and its La Mauselaine ski resort.
Ideal cottage for resting or for visiting the region with family or friends. Cottage that can accommodate up to 5 people.

On the ground floor :
- Entrance opening onto a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven, 4-burner gas cooking table).
- Separate WC, bathroom (washing machine).
- Living / dining room dining area and relaxation area; TV, fireplace.

On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms.
- a bedroom with 3 separate beds (90x200), 2nd bedroom 2 separate beds (90x200).
- Shower room with WC.

Private terrace (direct access from the living room) with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue. (adjoining the terrace of the owners' second gîte)

The extras: sheets provided (beds made for arrival), household and bathroom linen provided. End of stay cleaning optional.
Charges included, Internet via Wifi.

The house includes two adjoining gîtes - 5 and 10 people - Private entrances.
