The Condrine house is located on a farm (corn) in the countryside, close to Hagetmau, a small town in the Landes inland offering all amenities and leisure activities, with its Cité Verte, an international sports training center with its indoor Olympic swimming pool. Perfect place for a relaxing break or to explore a region rich in discoveries, traditions, gastronomy and local festivals. On site, a pond for pleasant moments of walking or picnicking. Inside, a completely renovated house arranged on 3 levels, where the old and the modern make a good mix to offer you all the comfort necessary for a stay with family or friends. On the ground floor: - separate fitted kitchen, - a spacious living room, - 1 bedroom with 2 beds in 90 with private bathroom with toilet. - A storeroom serving as a laundry room - 1 toilet. The 1st floor serves: - 3 bedrooms with dressing room (3 beds 140 and 2 beds 90)
- as well as a spacious shower room, - Separate toilets. Finally the top floor houses: - 3 bedrooms (4 beds 90 and 1 bed 140) - with a shower room with toilet. The house offers electric heating and the convenience of air conditioning in the living room and on each landing, as well as an insert in the living room. The exteriors offer a covered terrace with plancha garden furniture.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
