In a luxury residence with swimming pool, 2-room apartment of approximately 31m², with a capacity of 4 people, with a balcony with sea view and on the Dives estuary. The apartment includes: a living room (with a 160x200 sofa bed and flat-screen TV) opening onto a large balcony, an open kitchen (with a dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, a microwave, a fridge with freezer and a classic coffee maker), a bedroom (with a 160x200 bed and a TV) opening onto the sea view balcony, and a bathroom (with shower and WC).
A parking space is available in the basement.
Pets are not allowed in this rental.
Additional services (optional) to be paid on the day of arrival: cleaning 60€, sheet kit (90x190: 20€/ 140x190: 22€/ 160x200: 25€, (let us know a few days before arrival).
Tourist tax to be paid on the day of arrival

Pour l’équipe de Poplidays même et ceux de Cabourg, vous ne pouvez pas faire mieux. L'appart et son emplacement, un petit paradis. Merci a la propriétaire pour le nécessaire dans l'armoire de cuisine et tout les produits ménagers.

le descriptif sur Airbnb est tout à fait fidèle à l'appartement. Belle situation face à la mer.la residence est d'un excellent standing avec une belle piscine. un parking fermé sous l'appartement avec accès par un ascenseur
