This apartment includes: a living room/lounge (with flat screen TV and BZ 140x190 sofa) opening onto 2 balconies, one of which has a direct view of the marina, an open-plan kitchen (with a dishwasher, 3 ceramic hobs, a conventional oven and an oven/microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and 2 coffee makers (classic and Nespresso)), 2 bedrooms (one with a 160x200 bed and the other with a 140x190 bed), a bathroom water with shower and separate toilets. Pets are not accepted in this rental.
Additional services (optional) to be paid on the day of arrival: cleaning 60E, sheet kit (90x190: 20E/ 140x190: 22E/ 160x200: 25E, (let us know a few days before arrival).
Tourist tax to be paid on the day of arrival.

Très bel appartement avec une vue splendide. En revanche, pour un cour séjour le manque de sel, poivre, café, thé ou produit d'entretien est notable. Le canapé lit convient à des enfants mais sinon compté pour 2 personnes : parfaitement. N'hésitez pas.

Parfait pour les vacances Remise des clés rapide et très aimable. L’appartement est pratiquement neuf, en très bon état général ( très joli parquet façon « pont de bateau »). Excellentes literies, équipement cuisine satisfaisant. Salle de bains parfaite. Parking en sous sol sécurisé. Grand balcon où l’on peut déjeuner, face à la marina. Restos à proximité, commerces à 10&#47,15 min à pied (5 min à vélo). Situation géographique à cheval entre Dives et Cabourg. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances.
