In a quiet hamlet, this detached house is located near the owners' house. Ground floor: Kitchen/living room/lounge, bathroom with WC. First floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Electric heating and wood pellet stove. Free Wi-Fi access (fiber). Enclosed grounds. Garden furniture and barbecue. The cottage is located near tourist attractions: Saint-Fargeau (castle and historical show), the medieval construction site of Guédelon, Saint-Amand-en-Puisaye (potteries), Saint-Sauveur-en-Puisaye (Colette Museum). Toucy is 7 km away with its Saturday market. Lac du Bourdon (swimming) is 30 km away.

CHARGES AND OPTIONS: Bed linen rental: Single sheet: €7 / Double sheet: €14 / Bath linen per person: €5 / End-of-stay cleaning: €40 / Wood pellets: €5 per 15kg bag for fireplace inserts. Heating and electricity are extra (8 kWh included/day).
