Private leisure facilities available: Outdoor games (swing, football, badminton, pétanque court - balls provided, ping-pong table), plancha. Outdoor tubular swimming pool, completely private, available depending on weather conditions (please contact the owners) On the ground floor of the cottage: games room/lounge with table football, board games, books, DVDs. 42 minutes from Paris by TGV, 1 hour from the Châteaux of the Loire, in addition to its ideal location, this house is perfect for relaxation and for a stay with family or friends. You will be located in the countryside on a large enclosed plot of land (1 hectare). Young and old will be able to discover and enjoy the presence of goats, dwarf goats, chickens, and sheep that live in total freedom in the adjacent park. Come and walk in the surrounding countryside! Le Mans, Tours, Orléans and Chartres are 70 km away and Blois 55 km away. You are in the center of all the tourist attractions, enough to keep you busy during this vacation!
