The gîte directly overlooks the Conche des Oisiliers (small private waterway), close to the Sèvre Niortaise and the Damvix pier. This single-storey house consists of a living room/lounge/kitchen (wood stove), a shower room/WC, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed) (2 single beds). Wifi. Smart TV. Outside: private terrace overlooking the Conche des Oisiliers (garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue) and adjoining shaded green space. Shared with the other gîte: pétanque ground, car parking. Boat, canoes, pedal boat available free of charge at all times (2 boats, 2 canoes, 1 pedal boat), with life jackets and maps. Fishing on site.
