Description of the accommodation

Gîte adjoining the owners' house, located in the heart of the Parc de Brière, in a small village. Private enclosed garden of 150 m² (enclosed on request) with terrace and garden shed, unenclosed common area of 5000 m² with boules pitch available.
Ground floor: living room, separate fitted kitchen, separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 1 bed 140x190, 2: 2 beds 90x200), shower room/wc.
Equipment included: freezer, DVD player, Internet access, complete baby equipment, radio/CD, tumble dryer.
Included: electricity, sheets (beds made), bathroom/household linen.
Not included: electric heating and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for professional customers (€65).
St Nazaire 20 km away.

Charmante maison spacieuse et bien équipée avec un superbe jardin. Possibilité de petits-déjeuners en terasse ou lecture au calme dans le jardin. Hôtes accueillants et prévenants avec de bons conseils de visites. Un séjour très agréable!

"Gite merveilleux Le gite est merveilleux. On a le sentiment d&#39,être chez soi, c&#39,est très cosy. Le logement est très propre et très bien équipé. Le jardin est charmant, et c&#39,est un plaisir de déjeuner sur la terrasse. Les propriétaires Michèle et Jean sont super accueillants, et font tout pour qu&#39,on se sente bien dans la maison. Côté localisation, on gravite facilement sur toute la côte (Guérande, La Baule, Le Croisic, Pornic...), donc c&#39,est un point de chute idéal, et bien sûr la Brière à découvrir (les marais en barque, les maisons aux toits de chaume). Les propriétaires sont amoureux de leur région et donnent plein de bon conseils sur les visites à faire. Un grand merci à eux 2, nous avons passé une semaine de vacances fantastique dans leur gite."
