Ground floor: 1 bedroom (2 single beds), shower room (shower/wc). laundry room, garage. Tel. Oil central heating. Shared entrance, private courtyard (120m²), private enclosed green space (130m²), covered terrace, balcony, garden furniture, barbecue. In-ground swimming pool shared with the owner with swimming times (9am-12pm/2pm-5pm from June 15 to September 15), naturally heated (12 x 6 m; small pool about 1m and large pool 2.40 m deep). It is protected by fences/barriers.
Vichy 7 km.
Electricity consumption, 12€/day until April 15, 2023 Heating and electricity at the customer's expense, to be paid on site at the end of the stay.
