Independent gîte converted into the gable of an old barn, adjoining another gîte. Ground floor: living room, American-style kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is disabled-accessible (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), shower room (shower/WC). Oil central heating at the customer's expense.
The gîtes benefit from a large enclosed shared green space with a sandpit swing, trampoline, parking and a private green space with lawn (1000m²), terrace, barbecue. The owner's farm nearby. Swimming pool with shelter accessible from 10am to 7pm. St Pourçain/Sioule 18 km. Souvigny 10 km. RCEA access 2 km away. If the bed linen option is taken out, the beds are made on arrival. Heating and electricity at the customer's expense, to be paid on site at the end of the stay.
