Independent gîte fitted out in the gable of an old barn, adjoining another gîte. Ground floor: living room, open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is accessible for the disabled (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom (shower/wc). Oil central heating at the customer's expense.
The gîtes benefit from a large enclosed shared green space with a sandbox, trampoline, parking and a private green space with lawn (1000m²), terrace, barbecue. Owner's farm nearby. Swimming pool with shelter accessible from 10 [hidden] to 7 [hidden] St Pourçain/Sioule 18 km. Souvigny 10 km. RCEA access 2 km away. If the sheets option is purchased, the beds are made on arrival. Heating and electricity payable by the customer, to be paid on site at the end of the stay.
