The gîte Le Manège is located in an annex of the owners' house, completely independent. A true haven of peace, it consists of a kitchen open to the living room with pantry, a dining and lounge area, a twin bedroom (2 beds 90x200) with private bathroom (walk-in shower + WC) and a double bedroom (bed 160x200) with bathroom and separate WC. Outside and in complete privacy, you will enjoy a beautiful terrace with pergola, deckchairs, a garden, parking in the courtyard of the gîte (possibility of several cars). Fitness room with jacuzzi (15€ per session for 2 people / 20€ per session for 3 people / 25€ per session for 4 people) as well as a games room (billiards, table football, darts, etc.). Electricity included except heating (to be paid to the owners after meter reading). Beds made, towels and household linen included. 2 minutes from the factory outlets, 10 minutes from the city center of Troyes, and 15 km from the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient. You benefit from all the amenities of the city (supermarket, bakery, newsagent, restaurant, etc.), in a rural setting.
