Gite of 120 m² on the ground floor + upper floor with a living room, a lounge (with a sofa convertible into an extra bed) with its wood stove, toilet and laundry room (with shower) on the ground floor. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (3 140 cm beds), separate toilet, large bathroom. Wood central heating, carport. Roanne 30 minutes, St-Etienne 1 hour. Noirétable and Villerest lakes 20 minutes away, ideal for hiking or swimming. To make your stay even more comfortable, utilities and sheets are included in your rental price. Gîte located in the old farm house, with independent access, courtyard and private terrace (surroundings being finished in summer 2020). In the countryside just 1 km from the village town and all its amenities. For your comfort, sheets are provided, as is wood for the stove. You will appreciate the terrace on one level with the living room, facing south, or if you prefer shade, the adjoining old barn. The owner, a farmer (red label dairy and poultry breeder), will offer you a tour of his farm, to experience an unforgettable moment in contact with the animals. This very old house was present on the Napoleonic land register in 1820, it is typical of Roannais architecture, with its balcony, its wooden door and window frames...
