Description of the accommodation

Atypical cottage located in an old house in the village of Courtesoult-et-Gatey. The cottage is adjoining the second home of its owner with whom you will share a piece of garden in addition to the private terrace of the cottage. This accommodation is therefore suitable for people for whom this cohabitation would be appreciated. Cars are parked on the communal road, alongside the cottage. You enter the living room through an old garage door. The cozy layout created by Carole creates a warm space with careful decoration. The pellet stove (first 2 bags provided) will warm you up in the off-season. A small kitchen provides access to the toilet and the corridor which serves two bedrooms. The first is composed of a double bed (140x190) with its shower cubicle and sink directly open into the bedroom. The second bedroom, smaller, also includes two 90x190 beds which can form a double bed and a sink. There is no closed bathroom. For your comfort, the beds will be made upon arrival, towels and household linen are provided free of charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price.
The cottage does not have a floor but a few steps separate some rooms.
Shops and castle in Champlitte (13 km), Fontaine-Française castle (26 km), near Ray-sur-Saône (2 0km), small Comtoise town of character, church, chapel, calvaries, wash houses... Pretty viewpoints, walks.
