Ground floor: living room with kitchen, toilet. Upstairs: one bedroom with 1 bed 160, one bedroom with 2 beds 90, shower room. Small landscaped courtyard, enclosed and private, with garden furniture. In July and August, on request from the owner and depending on the weather: private land on the edge of the Charente for fishing and picnics about 2 km away, to share with the other gîte.
4 bicycles available on reservation, including 1 equipped with a baby seat. Rental of sheets and towels on request. Baby equipment on request: baby bed, high chair, booster seat, changing mat, bathtub, potty. Possibility of regular cleaning during the stay. Heating to be paid on site (package). Connected to fiber: internet TV service included.
Tourism and Disability Label (mental, visual, hearing). Adjoining another gîte, this old dry stone house, typical of the Ruffecois, is located in a village in the Charente valley.
