On the Route des Grands Crus, the gîte 'L'Ecuyer de Bourgogne' was built in the outbuildings of an old 19th century winemaker's house. The ground floor of the gîte includes a fitted kitchen opening onto a large dining-living room area, communicating with the courtyard and garden (to the south) and with the parking space (to the north).

Behind the kitchen, a pleasant bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Access to the first floor by a wooden staircase which distributes a large bedroom with 3 beds of 90x200 and view of the vines. A bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 with view of the courtyard and garden. Second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Courtyard with enclosed garden of 110 m². This independent renovation adjoining the owners, arranged on 2 levels, combines the comfort and modernity of new construction and the charm of the old: exposed stone exterior walls, as well as an interior wall while the wall of the interior courtyard has been rebuilt in wooden frame, which gives the cottage remarkable thermal and sound insulation. The cottage is located in the heart of the Marsannay-la-Côte, Fixin and Gevrey Chambertin vineyards, under the plateaus and forests. This site allows walks and hikes, on foot or by mountain bike, both in the vineyard trails and in the undergrowth, in the forest and in the neighboring valleys.

Charges and supplements:
Sheets: €14 for a double bed and €20 for a queen size bed (160x200). End of stay cleaning: €90. Bathroom linen: €6 for the stay per person. Electricity according to meter reading (8 kwh/day included), at the rate in effect for the period. Gas heating according to daily package: €13 (inter-season) or €20 (winter).
