In the city center of Cosne, set back from the street, the "Chalet", formerly the winemaker's home, welcomes you to a former wine estate from the second half of the 19th century.

It consists of a ground floor with a fitted kitchen and a living room. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140x190) and the second with a single bed (90x190), bathroom with shower and toilet.
The property has an enclosed plot of land within which the cottage benefits from a private garden (low separation fence) of 65 m² and a terrace. It is possible to park easily in the street or in the inner courtyard. The owner is on site in the house opposite the cottage.

Train station nearby, easy access from the A 77, the cottage is ideally located to discover the city (the Loire Museum, shops and restaurants, cinema, ...) as well as the banks of the Loire. In the surroundings, discovery of the vineyards (côteaux du Giennois, Pouilly, Sancerre), castles of Guédelon and Saint-Fargeau. Possibility of practicing canoeing, walking or mountain biking, cyclorail, horse riding, ...
