30 km from Nantes, St Jean de Mont and La Roche sur Yon, old farm renovated into 2 adjoining gîtes located upstairs (wood storage reserve on the ground floor).
Shared unfenced wooded land of 1200 m² with small pond (fishing possible).
Living room with sofa bed and open kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190), shower room and separate toilet.
Additional equipment: Wi-Fi access, freezer compartment, baby equipment (bed, booster seat, bathtub, etc.).
Not included: electric heating, electricity, sheets, towels and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for professional customers (€65).
