It is surrounded by a large enclosed plot of 3000m² allowing everyone to relax and enjoy the shade of the lime tree, the garden and the outdoor games (swing, sandpit, trampoline, basketball hoop and ping pong table).

The cottage located on the ground floor of the owner's house is tastefully furnished. It consists of a fitted kitchen, a dining room with a lounge-fireplace and television area, 3 romantic bedrooms, 2 of which are communicating. The 1st and 2nd each have 1 bed 140 and the 3rd 2 beds of 90 which can be twinned. Bright and spacious bathroom with toilet.

Central heating by geothermal energy. Baby cot and high chair available. Closed parking and covered shelter for vehicles. Gîte located near a road. 1 animal maximum.

Sheets, electricity and wood included. Charges and supplements: End of stay cleaning: €50 (mandatory for business stays) - Bathroom linen: €6 for the stay per person - Animals: €5 per animal per day - Central heating with daily package of €7 to €10 depending on the period.
