You will enjoy its wooden terrace, facing south with a view of the Cantal mountains, equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue.
Many activities are available to you: discovery of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park, hiking, rail bike, swimming and water sports at Lake Lastioulles, discovery of the Rhue gorges, fishing at the Essarts dam, in Lastioulles or at Lake Bort les Orgues, discovery of the Saillant waterfalls in Marcenat, Veyrines in Allanche and Cornillou in Montboudif, visit the medieval cities of Murat and Besse-et-Sainte-Anastaise. In winter you can go cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in Montgreleix, Marcenat or on the Sancy massif, as well as downhill skiing in Super-Besse or Super-Lioran.
You have a private plot of land of approximately 250 m² at the front and a plot of land of 2000 m² shared with the owners' second home. Children's swing available.
