Very beautiful half triplex chalet of 120 m2, new in tourist residence with swimming pool and wellness area in the center of the village of Combloux composed of: On the ground floor; an entrance, a guest toilet, a very beautiful living room with its wood stove, living room, a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, raclette and fondue machine ...), opening onto a large terrace of 20m2 enjoying a magnificent view of Mont Blanc. On the garden level; Two double bedrooms with single beds (90x190), a separate toilet, a shower room and a bathroom-toilet. On the 1st floor; a double bedroom with a 160 bed and a communicating bedroom with a 2x90 trundle bed, a shower room WC.
