In a small residence located 4.5 km from the center of Combloux, in a quiet and rural location, located near the ski slopes, 3 rooms on the 1st floor of approximately 52 m2 consisting of an entrance, WC with hand basin , bathroom with bathtub and LL, living room with fireplace, sofa bed for 2 people, corner balcony facing East - South West with Mont Blanc view. Small equipped kitchen (oven, electric hob, fridge and dishwasher). A bedroom with double bed and balcony, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds + 1 pull-out bed. No animals. Covered parking n° 635. Ski lockers.
- To be paid upon arrival: Tourist tax and accommodation deposit by credit card only.

Ne correspond pas à nos attentes

Très déçu de cette location à part son emplacement au pied du télésiège. Location datant des années 70/80, des soucis avec le lave vaisselle qui date d après le reparateur de 30 ans. Le tableau électrique n est plus dans les normes de sécurités. Fusible lave vaisselle couplé avec le frigo ainsi que les prises de courants. Le branchement du lave linge se fait au dessus du lavabo. Les ustensiles de cuisines sont vintage. Rarement vu. L isolation reste à revoir en période d hiver. Le prix est excessif même pour Noël. J ai pu visiter d autres locations en meilleur état pendant mon séjour. Aussi bien chalet et appartement.

logement bien situé proche du domaine skiable mais loin des commerces.logement confortable et terme de taille, magnifique balcon vue sur le Mont-blanc.electricité et salle de bains à revoir.couchage confortable mais prévoyez vos draps.isolation sonore inexistante.neanmoins bon séjourdans ce logement
