In a former bookstore Located in a small village overlooking the Ouche Valley, charming little house (former bookstore) with private outdoor space offering a magnificent view of the valley and surrounding forests. On the ground floor: living room open to dining room, wood stove, large screen TV, wifi, functional kitchenette, large bathroom with Italian shower and toilet. Upstairs (access by a spiral staircase): mezzanine bedroom, with 1 140 cm bed. 1 baby bed and 1 high chair on request. Gîte not suitable for people with reduced mobility and young children (children are the responsibility of the parents). Private parking in front of the gîte. At the back, small private space with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue. Exceptional view.

Lac de Panthier 12 km away: beach, supervised swimming in summer, sailing. A few kilometers away, the medieval village of Châteauneuf en Auxois. Nearby: many bike rides or walks along the Burgundy Canal. 30 minutes from Beaune and its Hospices, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, 40 minutes from Dijon, Capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and its City of Gastronomy.
