Wc. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with beautiful view of the valley, shower room, wc. Central heating and wood stove. Covered terrace. Large garden of 1000 m² with private area (140 m²). The entire plot can be enclosed. Parking. Secure bicycle storage. Baby equipment available (bed, high chair, bathtub). Nespresso capsule coffee maker or compatible capsules available.

Pétanque pitch opposite the gîte. Possibility of welcoming horses in the meadow. Cycle route 4 km away. Panthier Lake 12 km away: beach, supervised swimming in summer, sailing. A few kilometers away, the medieval village of Châteauneuf en Auxois.
