Description of the accommodation

"La Villa Lavandière," a 4-star property, is a beautiful house located just steps from the historic center of Colmar, in a pleasant and peaceful neighborhood with two private parking spaces.

This characterful house features bright rooms with high ceilings and large windows that let in natural light.
Upon entering, you'll enjoy a spacious living room with a sofa and flat-screen TV on one side, and a dining area and a toilet on the other.
Following this, you'll have access to the fully equipped and furnished kitchen. On the south-facing terrace, you can relax in the jacuzzi while enjoying the tranquility of the house.
On the first level, it features three bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm bed, a 140x200cm bed, and two 90x200cm single beds that can be joined together, a bathroom with a bathtub and vanity unit, and a separate toilet.
On the second level, you access a master suite with a king-size bed (180x200), a bathroom equipped with a shower, a bathtub, a toilet, and a dressing room.

In the basement, you can enjoy a relaxation area or additional sleeping space with a sofa bed (140x200).

Thanks to its ideal location next to the city's pedestrian zone, it occupies a strategic position during your visits and allows you to enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of this neighborhood during the Christmas holidays and the Easter market.

All our services (bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, utilities, and Wi-Fi) are included in the price.

To be paid before your arrival: the tourist tax by bank transfer or credit card at the agency during opening hours, Monday to Friday, 9 [hidden] to 12 [hidden] and 2 [hidden] to 6 [hidden], and the deposit via a Swikly link or by credit card (bank imprint).

The house is located a minute's walk from the historic center of COLMAR, where you can stroll along the many cobbled streets, admire the typical half-timbered houses, but also taste various specialties in one of the countless restaurants.

The visit of the city and its points of interest can be done entirely on foot. You will find small shops as well as restaurants in the neighboring streets.

Private parking for two cars a stone's throw from the house is available to you free of charge.

By car, you can escape on the legendary Wine Route to visit one of the charming wine villages of Alsace such as Riquewihr, Eguisheim, Kaysersberg or Ribeauvillé.

The house is located in the city center, close to shops and restaurants, 1.8 km from the train station, 210 m from a supermarket, 11 km from the Ammerschwihr golf course, 30 km from the ski slopes of the Lac Blanc resort and 57 km from Basel - Mulhouse - Freiburg airport.

Grosses Ferienhaus das alles hält, was es verspricht. Es ist sehr geräumig - wir waren 9 Personen - die Zimmer waren ordentlich und sehr sauber. Es hat alles perfekt geklappt, wir können nur 5 Sterne vergeben und eine Empfehlung aussprechen. ☺️ Wir werden sicher Wiederholungstäter werden.

Nous sommes venus pour un week-end de compétition de sport, c’était parfait pour se reposer, nous étions 8 et nous avions de la place pour chacun, que ce soit pour être réunis ou avoir un peu d’intimité. 3 toilettes, 2 sdb, de quoi ne pas trop se retrouver bloqués. Nous avons été vraiment tous satisfaits de ce logement.
