300m from the beach, this pleasant studio of approximately 22m² will welcome you in a private, secure, quiet and beautifully wooded residence.

It has a living room with a sofa bed and a bunk bed (sleeps 2), a flat screen TV, a bathroom with toilet and a separate kitchen, equipped with a microwave, a ceramic hob, a fridge freezer and a Nespresso coffee maker
The living room opens onto a terrace with a lovely view of the mill and the rooftops of Collioure

Bed dimensions:
- bunk bed 140*190cm
- sofa bed 140*190cm

Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included

OPTIONAL services on request:

"Sejour réussi avec le temps qui était de la partie! Petit logement cosi pour nous trois! Des capsules de café nous attendaient pour savourer avec lui notre séjour a l&#39,appartement! Propre,prix sympa, et la mer en descendant de l&#39,appartement à 350 m! Et un parking bien mérité quand on arrivent de ballades plus lointaines,car impossible de se garer à Collioures,j&#39,ai connu cela 2 ans auparavent! Merci à l&#39,agence Barrio!"
