Electricity to be paid on site, as well as the mandatory cleaning fee of €60. In the heart of a wooded park of almost 2 hectares, enclosed by walls, this gîte has been converted into a former orangery at the end of a typically Charente and protected wine cellar. Located 10 minutes by car from the center of Cognac, you will appreciate the tranquility of the place on the 2 terraces: one open facing south and the other covered to the North for taking meals.
