Enclosed garden of 2000 m² with private parking, independent equipment room and garden furniture. Maximum 2 pets allowed. End-of-stay cleaning possible at an additional cost, to be paid on site. 50 meters from the Yonne and 100 meters from the Canal du Nivernais (walks on the greenway cycle route), possibility of fishing (1st and 2nd category: fishing premises). 5 km from the Morvan Regional Natural Park and 12 km from the Vaux and Baye ponds (sailing and fishermen's paradise, boat trips). Possibility of hiking, kayaking, climbing, mountain biking. Visit the abbey in Corbigny (3 km).
