Ideally located right on the edge of the Nivernais canal, not overlooked and quiet, many leisure facilities are available to you to have a great stay! The owner lives on the property with independent access on the parking side.
Exterior: enclosed garden, car park, spa and outdoor shower (follow the instructions carefully), barbecue and plancha, deckchairs, molky games, badminton, pétanque, 4 canoes of 3 places each available with mandatory life jackets, loan of bicycles. Possibility of fishing.
Interior: open kitchen integrated and equipped open to living room, a bathroom (shower) with double sink washing machine and dryer, toilet. Baby equipment. 1 bedroom with a 90x190 bed and 2 bunk beds 90x190, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 and its private bathroom accessible to people with reduced mobility (shower and toilet), a living room with TV, DVD player and 2 guitars.
On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 160x200, separate toilet, 1 bathroom with large shower and double sink; a large living room (library, sofas, TV, kitchen and bar, table football and billiards).
On the 2nd floor accessible by a spiral staircase: small bedroom in the attic with 2 beds 90x190.
On the theme of floating wood, all the mattresses are very comfortable and rest on wooden pallets.
