The cottage is a completely independent single-storey house in a large, fully enclosed plot. The cottage 'Les Prés de Bondus' [hidden] is a single-storey house, completely renovated, bright and independent offering maximum modern comfort.

A large air-conditioned living room, combining an open kitchen with a spacious living room. Two large bedrooms: a 160x200 bed for one and two twin single beds of 90x200 for the other. A spacious shower room and a separate toilet.

Free Wi-Fi is available thanks to optical fibre. You can enjoy a large enclosed plot, an automated gate, a beautiful terrace with awning, garden furniture and a relaxation area isolated from view, a barbecue, a ping-pong table and a pétanque court.

In the village, 300 m on foot, you will find a choice of shops and an equestrian center: a bakery-pastry shop-grocery store, a café-restaurant-tobacco-newsagent-games, an organic market gardener and "Les écuries de l'Armançon" as well as a rechargeable electric terminal. At the gates of the village, you will have access to paths for walks.

The surrounding area also offers a wide variety of activities such as: * the Saint-Florentin-Chéu aerodrome, 3 km away you can discover the Canal de Bourgogne with its cycle route. Swimming, you will have the choice between the Armançon river a few km away and the new aquatic center on an area of 6000 m2 including 600 m2 of bodies of water. Discovery of the Bas Rebourseaux ornithological reserve and its 20 ha pond which hosts many species of sedentary or migratory birds throughout the year. The region is also very rich in tourist sites.
