Located in Chéu, in a peaceful village just 26 km from Auxerre and 18 km from Chablis, the detached cottage "Le Sophora" welcomes you for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Completely restored with modern amenities, it can accommodate up to four people and is located in the same courtyard as the owners.

On the ground floor, the cottage includes:

* a fully equipped open kitchen and a living room area with a relaxing sofa, all air-conditioned

* a bedroom with a comfortable double bed of 160 x 200 cm

* a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet

Upstairs, accessed by a spiral staircase, you will find a large bedroom with 3 single beds of 90 x 190 cm and a bathroom with toilet
