Located in Saint-Georges-des-Gardes, 3km from the highest point of the department, your stay will be a source of rest, in a small village of 15 inhabitants (or 5 'fires' as they say here): two farms coexist there focused on dairy production. The owners, Stéphane, Valérie and their 3 children live in the adjoining house.

This independent and unoverlooked gîte is composed of:

- A living room with lounge / dining room / TV / fireplace

- 3 bedrooms each with a double bed (140cm X 190cm)
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate toilet

Outside, an enclosed courtyard with terrace, garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and deckchairs will allow you to enjoy sunny days! You will also have the opportunity to try to tame the pony Choupette and the family's 3 little "Ouessant" sheep.

Included in the rental price: high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection (teleworkers welcome!), heating and electricity. In addition: sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.

You will be 3 km from the highest point of Maine et Loire (Saint-Georges-des-gardes, its monastery, its orientation table and its playground), 20 minutes from the vineyards of Coteaux du Layon and the Loire (and in particular the Loire à vélo route), 30 minutes from Angers, with its Terra Botanica plant park, its castle and its historic city center and 45 minutes from Puy du Fou. The cottage is also located 8km from Chemillé-en-Anjou (capital of medicinal plants, with its theater, the beautiful botanical garden Camifolia and its various activities, its municipal swimming pool, its cinema) and 17km from Cholet (known as the capital of the handkerchief, many activities are offered: water sports center, textile museums, monuments of the Vendée wars, ice rink, swimming pool, bowling, karting, laser game ...).
