They completely renovated this 16th century limestone building. This unique place, steeped in history, will give you a unique experience.
Town hall, High Court during the French Revolution, prison and then library, you will now stay in a comfortable gîte. Access is via a large courtyard (not private).
On the raised ground floor: friendly living room with open kitchen and lounge area, library, board games, flat screen TV. Separate toilets. 4 double bedrooms, all with 180x200cm beds (very good quality bedding), one of which is located on the mezzanine. 2 shower rooms, one with toilet. WIFI.
In fine weather, you can have lunch and relax in the private, south-facing courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue. Bicycle storage: small room with electrical outlets for recharging.
Lovers of old stones, history or simply curious, discover the Royal Auditorium with its old dungeons, its graffiti on wood, on stone, the prisoners' courtyard. Naturally, on request, André will tour the premises and transport you through the history of this residence.
