By choosing to stay in this 18th century cottage, you will be immersed in a place full of history where the key words are: authenticity, comfort and refinement… You will ideally be in the heart of the charming medieval village of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois and facing the Castle.

L’Echoppe Est Belle and la Seigneurie (21G2331 and 21G2332) merge to create a single large cottage with a total capacity of 13 people. (2 additional beds possible on request – maximum 15 people) On the ground floor: equipped kitchen with cooking range, household appliances, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, etc… Living room with flat screen TV and a large bedroom of 26 m2 with adjoining shower room and WC.
Upstairs, the landing leads on one side to 2 adjoining bedrooms, one of which is 30m2 with a very pretty shower room - separate WC and an alcove with a quality sofa bed (140x190cm) and a desk. On the other side, a fourth bedroom (floor tiles and exposed beams), with adjoining shower room and offering direct access to a small terrace.
All the bedrooms have beautiful volumes, they all have a Queen size bed (160x200cm) and a flat screen TV.

On the second floor, the gîte La Seigneurie, 100m2, is composed of a spacious living room: lounge / living room with an open equipped kitchen. (dishwasher, fridge, wine cellar, Nespresso, ...) Flat screen TV.

2 bedrooms, one with a 140x190cm bed and the other, sublime with its ceiling height and beams, offers a 160x200cm double bed. Floor tiles, lovely view of the Château.
And to top off this comfort, you will access (by a few steps) an extraordinary bathroom, in Burgundy stone. Bathtub, double Italian shower, double sink and separate toilet.

The combination of noble materials such as wood, Burgundy stone or even floor tiles and modernity, make this accommodation unique.

Small pleasant, enclosed and private courtyard (garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue are available).

All-inclusive cottage: heating, electricity, towels, beds made on arrival and end-of-stay cleaning. Pets accepted (€8 per day with pet deposit: €200)

Burgundy Canal at the foot of the village with cycle route on site. Walks. Motorway exit: Pouilly-en-Auxois 10 km away. Parking in the village.
