L’Echoppe Est Belle, located in the heart of the charming medieval village of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois and facing the Château, is ideal for 9 people. On the ground floor: equipped kitchen with cooking range. Living room with flat screen TV and a large bedroom of 26 m2 with adjoining shower room and WC.

Upstairs, the landing leads on one side to 2 communicating bedrooms, one of which has a very pretty shower room - separate WC and an alcove composed of a quality sofa bed (140x190cm) and a desk. On the other side, a fourth bedroom (floor tiles and exposed beams), with adjoining shower room and offering direct access to a small terrace.
All the rooms have beautiful volumes, they all have a Queen size bed (160x200cm) and a flat screen TV.

The custom-made headboards in solid oak, the large ornamental fireplaces, the stained glass windows, etc. and the respect for noble materials such as wood, Burgundy stone or even terracotta tiles make each room unique.

Despite the layout of this atypical village, you will have the chance to enjoy a small enclosed courtyard, shared with the 4-person gîte located upstairs (garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue are available). Washing machine shared by both gîtes.

All-inclusive gîte: heating, electricity, towels, beds made on arrival and end-of-stay cleaning. Pets accepted (€8 per day with pet deposit: €200)

Restaurants in the village. Parking in front of the gîte.

The cottage can be rented with the cottage 21G2332 under the reference 21G4072 for a total capacity of 13 people (2 additional beds possible on request). Travel cot and high chair.
Burgundy Canal at the foot of the village with cycle route on site. Walks. Motorway exit: Pouilly-en-Auxois 10 km away
