Description of the accommodation

15th century building converted into 2 gîtes (shared entrance), located in the heart of the vineyards and close to a country inn. Private garden with terrace and shared garden of 300 m². 2 adult bicycles and 2 mountain bikes (shared by the 2 gîtes) available.
Living room (pellet stove) with open fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 2 beds 90x190, 2: 1 bed 160x200), shower room, separate toilet.
Equipment included: freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, complete baby equipment, stereo, hair dryer and Wi-Fi access.
Included: sheets (beds made on arrival) and towels.
Not included: electric heating, electricity, pellets, mandatory cleaning fee (€55) and tourist tax.
Animals: €100 deposit. Possibility to rent electric scooters (see conditions with the owner). Eco-défis label (environmental approach).
Nantes 17 km away.
Charging station for electric and hybrid vehicles: flat rate €3/day.
